Hello, I just tried to make my first Arch archive:

$ tla make-archive mark@summersault.com--2004 ~/archive

It failed, because I had created the directory already:

Failed to create directory: /usr/home/mark/archive

I found this a little confusing.

In think instead, one of the following should happen:

- tla should notice the directory is entirely empty, and thus use it.

- emit a more specific error message:

"directory already exists: /home/mark/archive"

Thanks!
