Those are bootloaderspec configuration files, which are a feature of grubby, specifically on Fedora >=30. You might want to try the Red Hat Bugzilla for Fedora, or a Fedora-specific forum.
As they are being generated, as I heard recently, perhaps you just have to scroll down? You do have more than the usual number of entries.
