I have also update the way process when changing health professional on an existing appointment.

Now it will move (delete and re-create) the event, from the previous calendar to the new user (health professional) calendar.

After editing an appointment, the related caldav event is not updated.

The changes are reflected on the GNU Health GTK client, but not on the caldav client (eg, Thunderbird), because the event is not modified.
