A variant of this bug is the following:
launch texmacs
Do menu view -> clone window
In the cloned new window type: "a" return "z" return "e" return "r" return
Click once on the "undo" button of the toolbar of the first window.
On my machine all the text is removed once.
However, with this example, the "undo" button removes characters one
by one if we write the same text within a single window.
Within a more general context this bug may produce a large data loss.
