Executables do not work if a default scripting language is chosen in the preferences. If I choose "none" as the scripting language in
the preferences, then the executables work, even when a scripting language is chosen for a given document.

It appears that the 'alternate-toggle' context, when a scripting language has been defined set '(toggle-context? t)' to true, then the code 'alternate-toggle' executed is from TeXmacs/progs/dynamic/fold-edit.scm

When no scripting language has been defined, the context makes that the code 'alternate-toggle' executed is from TeXmacs/progs/dynamic/scripts-edit.scm

I don't know yet where is the coupling between scripting language definition and toggle context.
