Note that in WordPress math formulas are $latex ...$ not just $...$.

WordPress does not support displayed formulas (however we can implement them with \displaystyle and HTML formatting to center the formula.

It is questionable whether we should implement paragraphs with <p> tag or with just an empty line between paragraphs.

Some HTML tags do not work with WordPress.

I suppose wordpress works with html. If it's not already done, we could add an option to the converter for making math formulas in LaTeX. This can also be useful for wiki and mathjs/mathjax users.
