On Windows platforms, AUX is a reserved device name.  The Liberty-Eiffel distribution has multiple AUX subdirectories and/or files, those will NOT be locally copied, hence are then locally missing from the installation.

I suggest to rename those files/directories to the full 'auxiliary' or to use synonyms like 'external', 'backaup' or whatever better denotes the semantics intended.
