Wget mishandles backslashes in cookies?

If Wget receives a cookie with a value of (quoted) "foo\\bar", it will send it back as (unquoted foo\\bar). That is both an illegal token (tokens aren't allowed to contain backslash), and the wrong value (if they were, it would be foo\bar).

For testing, a simple adjustment of tests/Test-cookies.pm will illuminate the issue.

(It's hard for me to believe this has gone uncaught all this time? But this behavior is also present in Wget 1.11.4 and 1.10.2.)
