Well, in FreeSerif Regular, this circle should also formed by rounded dot (but looks smaller than FreeSerif Bold), which is more suitable for serif typeface.

Hi Steve,

I found the dotted circle looks sightly different in FreeSerif. In FreeSerif Regular, this circle looks formed by squared dot, as FreeSans designed; but in FreeSerif Bold, this circle is formed by rounded dot.
