i'm not sure what value "suspendenable" should get in the rcfile.c rcopts array otherwise i'd post a patch

Oh this is just a documentation issue, suspendable is the keybinding to toggle suspendability, not a flag. I removed this from the sample nanorc in r4466 and checked that the nanorc manual properly documents the setting.
