When nano is built with --enable-tiny, the Ctrl-G (Get Help) shortcut is disabled. However, pressing it at certain statusbar prompts produces inconsistent behavior.

Hmm, I guess now that we have the key binds we need that check for the help key regardles sof whether DISABLE_HELP is enabled. This should be in r4448. Thanks for the report David.
