If nano 2.1.99pre2 is built with --enable-tiny (and patched to build), pressing Ctrl-K to cut a line will mark the file as modified, but the display will not otherwise be updated until you press Ctrl-L to manually update it. |

Thanks David. This is part of the larger isssue that edit_refresh_needed was #ifdef'd out with ENABLE_TINY, which also affected do_first_line et al. Added this fix to r4439.
