Fixed in SVN rev 5649. But needs tweaking for multibyte languages. I also changed the yes/no options for questions in the footer to use the current language.

Currently, tm_server_rep::is_yes recognize- "yes" and "no" (and as the first letter only) for a number of hard-coded languages and regardless of the current output_language.

tm_server_rep::is_yes is used to translate answers from the user to yes/no questions to boolean values.

It should use the appropriate translation dictionnary for the current output_language, and the dictionnaries should have entries for "yes", "no", "y" and "n".
