15 years have elapsed and no further information was given.  Closing on my responsibility.   Also, I tested and was unable to confirm as well.

Adam, I changed the state of this bug to need info and I will close it soon, when there isn't any feedback from you.

We need to get down to a managable amount of open bugs and at least the ones coming from within the GNUstep group should have all neccessary information included.

I am not able to reproduce this behaviour. Which window manager are you using? Also the handling of window decoration by the window manager has been the standard behaviour for GNUstep before this variable was introduced.

The title bar height is ignored with GSX11HandlesWindowDecorations = YES or is unset. How to recreate: Start up Ink.app and create a New document - the document title bar is off the screen. It seems like frameRectForContentRect:styleMask returns the wrong result.
