When grub is booted, I would like the ability to choose "Boot from usb-stick" (in grub!), so grub is already loaded...

No way. If your BIOS cannot start GRUB, what do you think GRUB can do?

On old pc there is no "boot from usb" entry in the BIOS. And on new systems you need to configure it in the BIOS, but thats a security risk (everbody can then boot a usb-device). An entry in grub could be password-protected.
