Fixed in cvs (System.Windows.Forms/Control.cs).

The z-Order of Controls added with the same DockStyle to
another Control is incorrect.
The attached test shows adds 2 Controls at the top
of a Form and one with DockStyle.Fill.

Every Control added to one border (with one of DockStyle) of another Control, should push away any other Controls from this border.
E.g. adding the following with DockStyle.Top
  first ct1
  then  ct2
  then  ct3
should result in ct3 being at the top, then in the middle ct2 and then ct3.

Currently with pnet, its in the reverse order.
