I tried to recreate both these examples and failed, so either it's fixed or I didn't do it correctly!

So I've closed this bug, if it still goes wrong for you can you please attach an example match and I'll take another look.

This seems related so I will not post a new bug:
In the position sGfwgFCM65QHAA, MAGgADAAAAAA, after
doing analyze match, gnu evaluates its double as "??",
but then when I check the HINT, it still says position
is "Double, Take".  Then I did a rollout, and it
correctly updates the HINT panel to "No double, take."

I dropped an offered double in the position 2GbwAEZmvg4GAA,MBmmAAAAAAAA. When analysed at 2-ply (or 0-ply), gnubg considers it to be a doubtful move (-0.547%) and correct response to be Take. When analysed at 1-ply (or 3-ply), gnubg considers it to be correct (Double, Pass).
BUT: When I analyse the game, the move is marked as doubtful. I then reevaluate it manually at 1-ply, so that the correct response changes. Then I click on Analyse move and gnubg takes the new difference (-0.660%) as my ERROR and marks the move as doubtful again. (Although the game statistics are correct, only the move is erroneously marked.)
