-describeDatabaseNames and -describeModelWithEntityNames: for the Postgres95EOAdaptor have been implemented by Matt Rice and are available in the release.  It has been available in CVS for a while already.  Sorry for the delayed notification.

It's not possible to reverse-engineer existing databases using the current Postgres95EOAdaptor.  I have a patch which allows this, it's not fully functional yet but I can provide it if needed.
