Skencil 0.6.16 ignores the presentation attributes.
E.g. a the following rect is black,
though it should be "yellow" = ffff00

<rect x="1.000" y="8.950" width="1.100" height="1.900" fill="#FFFF00" stroke="none" stroke-width="0"/>

Rects like this are also created by Dia.
