It works in 1.99.20
Both the current and the previous version of the "preview LaTeX" command overwrite without prompting for confirmation the .tex exported file in the parent directory of the open file.
This is also the directory where one would export by default the LaTeX file with File->Export->LaTeX.
Would it be safer to make the LaTeX preview command act on temporary files in the .TeXmacs/system/tmp directory (like the File->Preview command)?
