I hope that TeXmacs could support presenter's notes for presentations. There are two possible functionalities:
1. TeXmacs could support for a "two windows" or "two screens" mode for presentations, which gives a presentation window and a presenter window. The presenter window contains notes for presenters which is not shown in the presentation mode.
2. TeXmacs could export PDFs which contains beamer notes, which could be rendered by presentation tools like pympress https://pypi.org/project/pympress/
