In the attached document, drag-select from the middle of a line, to the middle of the next line. The visual hint for selection implies that two full lines are selected, which is not the case. The normal behavior is obtained in the absence of the todo environment, see below |

Corresponding source code
The 'todo' tag makes use of "decorated atoms boxes", which cause a larger 'physical' than 'logical' selection. This problem occurs for a few other constructs.
One fix is to enlarge the selection such that the physical and logical selections match. A better but more laborious solution would to refine the selection system for decorated text.
For the moment, this problem does not seem extremely urgent though.
