Sun 31 May 2020 05:09:16 PM UTC, original submission:
When the user uses --nohelp (or 'set nohelp' in their nanorc), it would be nice if the help lines could be toggled back on at any prompt. For example, when ^T was pressed in the edit window and the user has forgotten what the keystroke for the linter or the formatter was. Instead of calling up the entire help text with ^G, it would be nicer if she could just toggle the help lines on with M-X, note the relevant keystroke, and then toggle the help lines back off (or leave them on, whatever she likes). |

Fixed in git, commit d8249917. The help lines can now be toggled everywhere except in the help viewer and the linter.
