Addressed in git, commit d1957819, by showing ^- when on a Linux console and ^/ otherwise.

On Sakura (on NomadBSD) both Ctrl+- and Ctrl+_ reduce the font size of the terminal (and both Ctrl+= and Ctrl++ increase it).  So showing ^_ there is really unhelful.  Showing ^/ would be better.  Plus: on a FreeBSD console, ^/ still does a Goto-Line and does not become ^? (backspace).  So... let's bite the bullet?

In its two help lines, nano shows: "^_ Go To Line".  But on most terminal emulators, typing Ctrl+- (the underscore key without Shift) reduces the font size of the terminal.  This is somewhat unexpected, because all other Ctrl keystrokes can be typed without holding Shift.

On terminal emulators, ^/ is equivalent to ^_, so why not show ^/ in the help lines instead?  And on a Linux console, show ^-, because it looks better, and we show M-- too (for symmetry with M-+) and not M-_ (althought the latter might be a bit clearer).

So, the proposal is: instead of ^_, show ^- when running on a VT, and ^/ otherwise.
