phpgw_preferences table the values for a normal (working) calendar account look something like "workdaystarts";i:8;however,
on one of the accounts that are causing the problem (because it is set to 00:00 hrs) it looks like "workdaystarts";N;
Is the bug happening because the preference functions
are seeing 00:00 as a null value, or a no value entry?

There are some problems with the apache processes caused by calendar.  It has been reported that  httpd processes  consuming all of the CPU on a system.

It works like this:
In user preferences, if a user selects 00:00 hrs as a workday start or work day end, viewing the day view causes the error.

If the start preference is changed to 01:00 and the end to 23:00 the problem goes away.  Several different combinations of the times has been tested, and the problem only seems to arise if 00:00 hrs is selected.
