When opening windows via the screen command in screenrc, the first window opened isn't given the number specified by the command. Instead, it is always given the number 0. Consider this screenrc:

screen 4
screen 5

Two windows will be opened upon starting screen, numbered 0 (instead of 4) and 5.

This issue was introduced by commit 6724ef2529c8bb80d0b103f528af371a1b3e77d8.
