I remember wondering how those symbols were supposed to indicate direction.  Fix in SVN.

The glyphs of U+20D9 COMBINING CLOCKWISE RING OVERLAY and U+20DA COMBINING ANTICLOCKWISE RING OVERLAY are circles with short orthogonal strokes instead of arrowheads. It is not obvious which is clockwise and which counterclockwise.
