Like other 7-column-wide Coptic glyphs, U+03EE–03EF COPTIC CAPITAL/SMALL LETTER DEI should be in the left 7 columns.

These changes have been made in Unifont 10.0.07, except that I made the offset of U+2CEF to be -8. I would like to keep combining character offsets as -8 or -16 wherever possible. In very rare circumstances, the alternatives I would prefer are -12 and 0, but those would be rare exceptions rather than the rule. I would like to avoid any other offset widths at all costs even though Unifont now allows for other widths.
