FreeSerif makes a distinction between localized Greek small caps, and non-localized, while FreeSans and FreeMono do not. 

This is behavior of a style appplied to a typographic convention -- who's to say what's right?  It would be nice if it were consistent, I suppose.

Besides that, Serif implements a big variety of character styles, which aren't in Sans and Mono.
