GNU Health can assign different names to a person, as in HL7 FHIR (official, usual, ... ).

When a new party is created, the given and family name are automatically added from the Party main form fields , as the official name.

This issue is related to the change of an existing party name (eg, correcting a typo after saving the initial record). The updated name information is not reflected on the person official name.

Thank you Khurram for spotting it !
