To reproduce, run 'src/nano +9 README', then type: abc <Down> abc,
and then ^T to spell check (without any speller defined in your .nanorc).  The speller suggests to edit a replacement for "abc", so type: de <Enter>.  Now it asks to replace the first occurence; type N.  For the second occurrence also type N.  Now it asks the same question again for the first occurrence.  :|

Of course it's somewhat silly to answer N when you've edited a replacement while being shown the first occurrence, but still, it's wrong to ask the question twice about the same occurrence.  Especially when it's the only occurrence -- for a moment then nano seems to "hang", to be "deaf".
