yes, some years ago the main Cyrillic range was swapped out.
Evidently the reverse ze was based on one of the old copies.

Hi Steve,

In FreeSerif, I found Cyrillic capital letter Ze (U+0417) and reversed Ze (U+0510) looks sightly different when I compare their width. In my opinion, Ze can be refering Latin capital reversed open E (U+A7AB), or modify reversed Ze to be balanced.
