Of course it isn't so important that accent height be consistent from one style to another. It is most important that they be consistent and balanced within a single face.

That said, I found some inconsistencies in the diaeresis positioning in Cyrillic, and I agree they could be a bit higher.

Hi Steve,

I feel there is a small problem for Cyrillic letter "Yi" in FreeSerif. When I copy texts from article Єнкѷклопєдїꙗ “Enkyklopedija” at Church Slavonic Wikipedia, I found the two dots of ї looks lower when I set it to italic.
