Not sure what the use case for that would be...
But as far as I can tell (on linux) one can use inotify to monitor permission changes on socket.

Currently the only way for any program to get notified on [de]attaches of (any) screen session is by polling the X bit on the corresponding socket.
A nicer design would be a callback instead of polling. I'd suggest using a signal, but maybe there are better options available.
