I get the following error when I generate the funciton reference for a package that contains plotting demos within @class methods with GNU Octave 3.8.2:

GPL Ghostscript 9.06: **** Could not open the file build/interval-html/interval/function/@infsup/images/@infsup/plot_888.png .

Last OS error: No such file or directory
GPL Ghostscript 9.06: Unrecoverable error, exit code 1

The error does not occur, if I manage to create the missing directory for the target file before it is exported.

The attached patch should solve the problem.
