We could say that users running Ubuntu and such could still contribute information, as long as they boot from a USB image running one of the endorsed distros (or possibly Debian).

Of course, the problem is that one of the things most likely to not work is wifi -- so we'd want to mention that people will also want a wired ethernet connection in order to testing.

This could be a first step toward enabling more automated testing and info submission.
