With patch (file #31809), I finally got octave-3.8.1.tgz (by make tar-dist). Thanks!

For native build, my opinion is that it is not necessary to build native gcc because the gcc used is native to windows.

Native-gcc depends on build-gcc, which wasn't built as we are using the system gcc.

At that point we probably shouldn't be attempting to build native-gcc anyway?

Thoughts?

Native build of mxe-octave was stopped by represented the following message:

[done]     native-binutils
make: *** No rule to make target `/c/usr/Tatsu/octave_work/mxe-octave32/mxe-octave/installed-packages/build-gcc', needed by `/c/usr/Tatsu/octave_work/mxe-octave32/mxe-octave/installed-packages/cloog'.  Stop.

The file build-gcc does not exist in the installed-packages.
The file cloog also does not exist in the installed-packages.

For native build build-gcc is not required, I think.
