I don't think so. That parameter makes you algin the menu around the point, but it should be still near the point.

I think the problem is in GSScreenPointToMS() which was different than the one in the win32 geometry of our backend. i don't know why it is a private copy, but in any case the problem seens gone now.

The same binary does work on some computers (tested XP, Win7) but on others it recreate (Win7, Win8). Apparently certain unknown configuration triggers this bug.

I changed the category to libraries as you stated in a mail that this behaviour happens only with the theme switched on, not with the native backend on Windows.
