Whenever I switch to another window without minimizing the GUI window and then switch back, the cursor disappears (in both the editor and the command prompt).  The only way to get it back is to minimize the GUI window, switch to another window and then un-minimize the GUI window.

I'm using Unity on 32-bit Ubuntu 12.04
