This is true. However, this is, it seems, the intended behaviour.

But you are correct, it's confusing. I'm looking into how to disable the "New" button, which should alleviate some confusion.

After Selecting Reporting->Patient Evaluation,
Unable to create New Patient Evaluation.
The button 'Create New Record' does nothing in that page.

But once selected a patient, then 'Open Related Record' button & 'Evaluations' does the job Correctly!

Working Environment:
Server: health.gnusolidario.org:8000
Database: health24
User name: admin
Password: gnusolidario
Tryton version: 3.0.2 (Windows 7)
