However, it is a doubtful enhancement - using InsertTiedNote followed by ChangeDur3 achieves the same in the same number of keystrokes, so I will close this.

will work now that we have the d-ChangeTo<n> commands.

We could have a set of commands to lengthen a note by tying to a further duration. So TieOn3 would be
(d-ToggleTie)
(d-MoveCursorRight)
(d-Insert3)

or something of the sort. These could go in the Edit Duration menu to lengthen notes by other than the current Augment and Diminish commands. Useful when playing durations in after MIDI pitches are entered.
