Steps to reproduce:

  • open the menu "edition";
  • open "paste from";

You 'll see 2 times the "CTRL+V" shortcut. During the menu creation, the shortcut is loaded 2 times into Qt. Then producing the ambiguity.

Imho we should store a list of defined shortcuts, or we should ask Qt for ever-defined keywords (it didn't found how to do the latter).

I also experience this bug a lot, with C-X / C-C / C-V.

After the resolution of bugs #38093 and #37399, I still have some keyboard shortcuts that disappear after a while:
QAction::eventFilter: Ambiguous shortcut overload: Alt+$
QAction::eventFilter: Ambiguous shortcut overload: Alt+&
QAction::eventFilter: Ambiguous shortcut overload: Alt+F

I tried to play with the menus and toolbars to see if it was related to the cause of bug #37399 (math arrows toolbar), but I could not find a simple way to reproduce the bug.
