Unless this is a duplicate of all of the other "Octave crashes on Windows" reports (e.g. #37623, #38440, #35769, #37231, #37076, #36988), there isn't anything we can do with the little information in your report. You haven't told us what you're running and what kind of data you're outputting.

the program itself will run smoothly. but when asked to generate large ammounts of code from inputs the program closes out and forces me to open a new document.
