I pushed a change which makes the labels somewhat shorter. In most cases, this should avoid the problem. However it could still occur if long value labels are used or many factor levels.

In the long term we need to have more intellegent code for detecting and avoiding clashes in graph axis labels.

The boxplot creates an auto-generated x axis labeling. The names are too long. The names are a combination of variable-name and ID name, so it´s too long. In an older version, only the ID names were used, that was ok.
Enclosed you see a figure with 13 IDs, die x-axis labes are mixed up.
Maybe a format option for the boxplots would be fine.
