This Bug is still not fixed!

You changed the project files but forgot the project description in https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/cgicc/.

If you look at https://savannah.gnu.org/projects/cgicc/ you see this project description:

This project is part of the GNU Project.

GNU cgicc is a C++ class library for writing CGI applications

Registrierungsdatum: Do 15 Feb 2001 15:47:17 GMT
Lizenz: GNU General Public License v3 or later <-------- this is wrong
Entwicklungsstatus: 5 - Production/Stable

If you look into subdirectory of the distribution release/doc/html/license.tmpl you can read that the library is released under terms of LGPL, documentation is released under GNU FDL and only the examples are released under GPL.

To avoid confusion either the project page or the text inside license.tmpl have to be changed.
