gettext 0.18.2 builds without any issues, however when I run "make check" to test the build, eight tests fail. I know some tests are omitted, because of the host and target platform, but are the following supposed to pass?
FAIL: msgexec-1
FAIL: msgexec-3
FAIL: msgexec-4
FAIL: lang-c
FAIL: lang-c++
FAIL: lang-objc
FAIL: lang-bash

The msginit-4 failure has been fixed as well.
The only tests that still fail on mingw are:
msgexec-4
msginit-3
The fixes are contained in the gettext-0.20 release.
