% zonecheck telenor.me
ERROR: The domain telenor.me has not been found through the local resolver

Actually, the domain exists but the DNSSEC signatures have expired. A better error message (not obvious : +cd is dangerous since it is no longer secure) could be a good idea:

% dig NS telenor.me

; <<>> DiG 9.8.1-P1 <<>> NS telenor.me
;; global options: +cmd
;; Got answer:
;; ->>HEADER<<- opcode: QUERY, status: SERVFAIL, id: 53228

% dig +cd NS telenor.me

;; ANSWER SECTION:
telenor.me.             3596    IN      NS      dns.telenor.me.
telenor.me.             3596    IN      NS      dns2.telenor.me.
