Dammit! I had tinkered with the maxima plugin (because detection is not great under MacOS) and had broken it, so it wasn't finding maxima. Now it works and your file shows the error, yes. Sorry.

I have tested it under Linux (Qt 4.8.1, latest SVN) and I see no problem: I open the document, press F12 and I go to the last page and see two lines of text:

final slide
(should have no switch, no equation, no image).

If I press F9, F12, F9... no error. ??!?!

Sorry Miguel, I reopen the bug because the problem is still present on my machine. Could it be a linux-specific issue?

Take a document consisting of slides and containing executable switches in unevaluated form. If you navigate to the last slide with F12 (or "last slide" button), the output of all these unevaluated executable switches gets prepended to the content of the last slide.

This only happens if the plugins invoked by the executable switches are actually working of course.
