When a plugin is initialized via (:test-input-done #t), texmacs does not send
DATA_COMMAND(input-done? "string")
This can be confirmed via the multiline plugin.
I attach a modified version of the file multiline.cpp since the old one does not compile.
--------------
Fixing this is important because
1) It is needed for one of the examples in the documentation, and
2) In the case where the input is serialized to include new-lines, this can signal EOF from TeXmacs.
