The ability to create a sale order from a prescription had been introduced a while back while gnu health was still medical and running on openerp. Creating an invoice from a prescription is not feasible as the stock levels would not be adjusted appropriately. |

You can't create a sales order from a prescription, never existed that feature. You can create an invoice from a prescription.
Stock levels have nothing to do with prescription orders. The prescription order can be made for the patient to get their medicament at an external pharmacy outside the health center running GNU Health.
